• Segment activation Form

  This form is to activate an inactive segment on the trading and demat account. In case only the cash segment is active, this form can be used to activate the derivative segment by submitting it along with necessary proofs

• Account opening form (Individual)

  Form needed to open your trading and demat account with IIFL Securities

• Account closure Form

  Form required to close your trading and demat account with IIFL Securities

• Account opening form (Non-individual)

  Form needed to open a demat and trading account for HUF's, LLPs, Private Limited Companies et cetra

• Account Modification Form

  Form used to modify any details of the account holder with IIFL Securities.

• Change in Nominee

  Form used to change the existing nominee of the account holder

• DIS Slip request form

  Form used to request a DIS slip book, which in turn is used to transfer shares between your demat accounts
